We are two working professionals, one male, one female, both in our early 30’s, looking for a third roommate. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, and desk w/chair. Shared kitchen, bath and living room. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with great neighbors and a strong sense of community.
Rent is $750/month with all utilities and internet included. We ask for the first month’s rent and a security deposit. Please write something about yourself, what you do for work, what kind of schedule you have, and anything else to get to know you better.
Laundromats available one a few blocks away. Trader Joe’s Michael’s, BJ’s, Stop & Shop, are about 15 minutes away by bus and there are plenty of other grocery stores a few blocks away from the house.
Trains nearby: E/F and J/Z trains, Q10 bus (airport), Q54 Bus (to Williamsburg), A train also close by if you take the Q10 to Liberty Ave.
