Has a closet in the room and 2 shared closets in the communal area. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to shops on Metropolitan Ave and Lefferts Blvd. Near LIRR & E, F, J trains and a great location between LGA and JFK, so ideal for flight crew members looking for their own room.

I (current roommate) am a young professional finishing up graduate school on Long Island. I tend to work M-F leaving early in the morning and come home late evening. I enjoy cooking, the outdoors, grabbing beers with friends and much of what NYC has to offer. However, my schedule and work demands a lot of time and energy, so I need a relatively quiet place for home base. I like to keep the apartment relatively clean (not OCD), and would need someone who is diligent about that at least within the communal space.

I am looking for a professional to occupy the second room who must be respectful and courteous.
