Very large master bedroom available in a new condo building in Kew Gardens. The price is $1300, with gas, heat and electric included. The room has its own bathroom (with a Jacuzzi tub) and its own balcony, that only you will have access to. Each room in the apartment has a separate heating and air conditioning unit, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. The apartment has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, beautiful kitchen, and a common balcony (separate from your own). There is a trash room on the floor, and a gym on the ground level of the building. The apartment is large, beautiful, new and very well maintained. We will split the internet bill, which comes to $37 each. Upon request, a parking spot is available for an extra $150 a month. There is a movie theater, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is close to LIRR, Q37 bus and the MTA E and F trains.

I am a 35 years old female, working full time and going to school at night. I live a quiet lifestyle at home, and would mesh well with a laid back, quiet roommate. The room is for a single person only. No pets or smokers are allowed. The landlord requires a 1 year lease, as well as credit and employment verification.

Room is available on April 1st, but you can move in on April 15th, or May 1st also.
