Hello, my name is Christopher. I’m 38, male, and looking for a roommate to rent a room in my three-bedroom apartment.

A little about me: I work a lot and love what I do. I’m chill, laid-back, and value a clean, drama-free home. I respect people’s privacy and property and ask the same from a roommate. When I’m home, I’m usually just unwinding and resting. I have minimal guests (just a friend or two occasionally) and like to keep the atmosphere peaceful and relaxed.

The Room:
- 14 ft x 10 ft, easily fits a queen-size bed with space to spare
- New Carpet Installed
- Great natural light from windows on two sides
- Good closet space
- Bright mornings and afternoons

The Apartment:
- 3 bedrooms total (newly renovated, fully furnished with couch, TV, dining area)
- Central air and heat, plus a balcony
- Two full bathrooms (you’ll share one with just one other roommate; I have my own)
- Other roommate: Devon, around my age, hardly home because of work. Chill and respectful.

Location:
- Jamaica Estates, Queens (170th St & Cedarcroft Rd)
- Half block to Hillside Ave and F train (169th St stop)
- Tons of buses, supermarkets, CVS, Walgreens, restaurants, and banks nearby
- Safe, great neighborhood with an attentive landlord (I’ve been here 10+ years)

Rent:
- $1,200/month – All utilities included (Internet/WiFi, heat, electricity)
- Move-in: First month + security ($2,400 total)
- Proof of income (pay stubs or similar) required, just to confirm affordability

House Rules:
- No pets
- No couples
- No cigarette smoking indoors
- ***-friendly (I smoke in my room)
