Furnished Room for Rent For Female Professional

Hi there, I’m looking for a professional female roommate to rent my other one large bedroom with a huge closet and unattached bathroom for yourself since I have a 2BR 2B.

I’m on the top floor in an elevator apartment building so it’s really quiet, comfortable and convenient. The laundry is in the ground floor.

My location is in Briarwood Queens. 8 minutes walk to Jamaica Hospital. It is 6 to 7 minutes walk to F train and 8 to 10 minutes to E train, and both are 30 to 40 minutes ride to Manhattan.
I am also 3 to 4 minutes away from bus stations and 8 to 10 minutes bus ride to LIRR Sutphin/Archer station. Uber ride to JFK is 8 to 10 minutes as well, or via AirTrain in LIRR.. It is in a quiet community and friendly neighborhood at my floor.

I love to be quiet but would love a conversation too. I don’t do alcohol, drugs neither weeds. And I am looking for someone of the same nature.

I’m very respectful, considerate, friendly and organized person. I like to keep everything clean and tidy, and I expect the same from my roommate.
