Kitchen is available for use, living room is not part of the rental. Room has a mini fridge and is wired for internet, Wi-Fi is available. Person must be gainfully employed, clean, drug free, respects the property of others, does not smoke, does not have heavy traffic in the household but can have visitors in their room, pays rent on time, cleans up behind themselves, no loud music.
