Hey there!

Thanks for stumbling upon my ad for a roommate (LGBTQ Friendly) to take over an open room in my apartment. I am seeking a someone to sign a year lease (month to month after that) for one private bedroom in my apartment in the heart of Jackson Heights, Queens. The apartment is a 8 min walk to the E, F, M, R, and 7 at 74th and Roosevelt. The apartment is also a 5 min walk to the M & R at the 65th Street stop is woodside. The apartment is near multiple buses as well, and a short ride to LGA airport.

The rent is $800 a month with a one time security deposit of $800. The rent includes all utilities. So you will only need to provide me with one check a month or venmo. The room is also partially furnished with a double bed, nightstand.

The shared common space includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, and both bathrooms.

A little about me: My name is Brent, and I am a professional individual who works a great deal at my 9 to 5, however I sometimes like to take in a Broadway show once in awhile (once the start back up). I am friendly and always there to chat if need be.
