Hello,

We are sad to see our roommate leaving and are now looking for a third person to replace her starting from July 1st.

The apartment is a modern 3-bedroom / 2-bath in a walk-in building. The room to rent is a large bedroom (fits a queen or king bed) with a wide closet and a bathroom to share with one roommate. Spacious shared living room and kitchen with large windows facing the street. Balcony. Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer in the unit.

Ideal location one block from the 7 train (1 stop from Grand Central) and walking distance from Court Square (E, M, G trains). Two blocks from Hunters Point waterfront and very close from all the restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores (+ Deli open 24/7). Very safe, quiet and lively neighborhood.

You will be sharing the space with two professional women in their late 30’s (French and Brazilian) working in Sales and Hospitality.
We are looking for a professional woman, respectful, clean, just a normal person :) with whom we would get along and feel comfortable to live with. Lease to sign for 1 year, renewable. One month security deposit.
