Surroundings are quiet and clean.
There are plenty of eat-out spots on Vernon blvd.
You can get to picturesque waterside/Ease River by walk in 5 min (Gantry Plaza State Park)
If own a car, there are plenty of street parking spaces.
Midtown Tunnel and LIE (495) are 1 min away and it's fast to get to Brooklyn via Pulaski Bridge.
