Hello there! I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible person (male) to stay in one of the bedrooms in a wonderfully located condo building in this 3 bedroom apartment in Forest Hills. Prefer a person who does not cook at home, and is career focused. A small refrigerator can be included in the room. No guests or sleep overs are a requirement in order to live here. No pets or drugs are allowed.
It is a non-lease living arrangement, in which a longer term stay is ideal, based upon agreement. Utilities are in addition to the rent, which are depending on the season. Ideal for airline workers, or corporate individuals.
The apartment will be shared with 2 other person, and only you and another person would share your separate bathroom. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful, surrounded by lots of greens, which is perfect for walking or running. Nearby is Fresh Meadows lake.
The person who stays here can enjoy an easy access to transportation to the E or F trains. The building is right across the train station, and during rush hours, it is only a 25-30 minutes express train ride to midtown Manhattan. The building is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the trendy restaurants and shoppings of Austin street.
