This apartment is a 2 floor walk up. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Brandon occupies two bedrooms (masterbesroom with master closet) and 1 bathroom. The apartment is completely furnished and designed by me, the owner. The 2 rooms for rent has a shared newly renovated stand-up shower. My place is much larger then most apartments in New York. The sectional sofa are all recliners facing a 60 inch TV.
If your a couple, you have to take both rooms for $1500. I will not rent one room to one couple.
