I have A LOT OF requests on this room. But I am looking for a housemate who is compatible with my personality and lifestyle (absolutely down-to-earth, no bad habits, easygoing).

Apartment: Located at Elmhurst, Queens. 2-bedroom apartment. No living room. Huge bedrooms. Large kitchen with dining table. Shared bathroom.

Your room: 1 word – HUGE! Was originally the living room, but subsequently converted into the second room with a closet. Unfurnished.
Definitely enough room for Queen-size bed, work desk, TV set, additional wardrobe, dresser, couple tea tables AND even a COUCH!! (see pictures above & below)
Large windows - Plenty of sunlight during the day, giving you more than enough Vitamin D and keeping you energized all day long! (no light was on in the picture above)

Rent: $850 + electric

Building: A 6-story elevator building with laundry room located at the G/F.
A number of 24/7 surveillance cameras to relieve your safety concerns (1 camera located right outside of my apartment door)
Super lives at the G/F to provide immediate assistance and help receiving shipping packages.
Down-to-earth neighbors – most have lived in the building for years.

Transportation: Extremely easy access to R, M, 7 Trains (within 5-7 mins walking distance < the minimum exercise you need a day!)
1 local subway stop away from "74th St Roosevelt Ave - Jackson Heights" where E, F express trains are available.
In 30 mins, you can get to another food and Karaoke heaven (aka Flushing) via 7 train.
If you are a die-hard Manhattan lover, you can also get to Midtown East in merely 35 mins.

Wanna escape from NYC?
15 mins driving distance to LGA airport, 30 mins driving distance to JFK airport.
Alternatively, public transportation (i. e. buses and subways) can also take you to the airports in less than an hour.
Note: The building is close to the airports, but I don’t hear any noise at all because flights don’t fly over this area.
