The apartment is in a quiet area but within walking distance of a laundromat, grocery store, public transit, and the bars and restaurants on Ditmars Blvd. The room has a skylight and we have a dope view of the city skyline from the livingroom.
I don't have a traditional schedule as I am in the hospitality industry so I often come home. late at night. I like to occasionally have friends over for movies, dinner or games, (which you're welcome to join) but I do like to keep things clean.
