Furnished Private Studio Room

Greetings potential roomies. We would like an antisocial roommate. We are more introverted on the second floor of our family duplex. Your room is on the second floor. Our first floor residents are extroverted. (-: Though family noise can be expected throughout the day, quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. We prefer a non smoking individual. We would like our roommate to be professional, responsible & respectful. The kitchen is not available for use. I hope you like to order take out. We do. Also, guests are not allowed to stay overnight. We do not allow couples of any kind to stay the night. No house or room parties allowed. We have surveillance in the halls surrounding the 2nd floor. Please keep your room clean. Please clean up after yourself in the bathroom. We will need you to sign a roommate agreement if we both agree it is a good fit. We need copies of 4 of your most recent pay stubs. We need to see a government issued state ID. We need to see you. Please set up a meeting with us to check out the look & feel of the room & house. P. S.: We are nearby the Q66, Q23, Q32, M60 to Harlem, 7 train. We are 9 minutes via car from LaGuardia Airport. We are nearby Flushing Meadow Corona Park, Flushing Bay, La Marina, Citi Field. We are 45 minutes via 7 train from 42nd st Times Sq and 34th st Hudson yards. We are surrounded by Spanish restaurants, Chinese restaurants, White Castle, KFC, Kennedy Fried Chicken, McDonalds, Burger King, laundromats, 24 Diners, libraries, liquor stores, shopping areas such as Queens Center Mall and Junction Blvd.
