Looking for female Roomate to join a 2 bedroom apt

I am a young professional (30 y/o female). I am looking for a female Roomate to join a two bedroom apartment. Must be a young professional with a full time job and proof of income plus references. Preferably late 20s-30s. Someone who is very clean, considerate and respectful of ones shared space. Must be ok with splitting chores of cleaning the shared areas. Must be friendly and outgoing and someone that is very responsible with bills and pays on time each and every month no excuses. Drama free please and easy to get along with. First month rent and 1 month security deposit up front required. Rent is $1150/month not including utilities. It?s a gorgeous apartment with high ceiling. Has two bathrooms so you will have your own.

A little bit about me- I am a full time registered dietitian (work 9am-5pm) working in Queens. I am Latina. Not a big party girl but do like to keep busy on weekends (going to restaurants, shopping, gym etc).
