Must be very organized, clean, quiet and responsible.

The renting space is the living room turned into the bedroom. Utilities such as internet, cable, water, gas, heat, electricity are included. $1100 The bill for AC on summer is an additional $50.00.

I will be living in the apartment about
6 months usually from January-June
The rest of the months you?ll have the place to yourself.

The apartment is on street level. It?s on 80th st between 21st Ave and 19th Street. There are laundry, supermarket, and several restaurants, on the area as well as public transportation. The neighborhood is very quiet residential area. LGA airport within 10 mins and 20 mins drive from mid-town Manhattan. .The apartment is located exclusive area, close to subway station (N, W&R), bus stops(Q69, Q100, Q101).

References from Work and Previous Landlord, Proof of Income, and Credit Check might be required. You should be a Clean, Professional and Single Person a Must.
