Room available in a beautiful three bedroom two bathroom apartment in Astoria. The apartment is spacious, on the third floor of a three story home and is wonderfully alive with light!

One of our roommates is moving out. The bedroom, which has its own private bathroom, is big and comfortable. Everything will be out of the room, but you get to see how great of a room it is. The kitchen is cute and has room for everything you need. The living room is large, cozy, and has a TV.

The other room is a *sublet*. It's available June 20th to sometime in August. The bedroom is comfortable with its AC unit, a double bed and a side table. You will be sharing the apartment with two other roommates, one of which is usually not around.

This apartment is located steps away from the Q101 bus which conveniently travels along Steinway, taking you right to the M and R trains within about 15 minutes. The shops, restaurants, and N/W trains on Ditmars are a ten minute walk. Plenty of street parking as well, its very convenient. An apartment this large and this well-priced in NYC is hard to find and it's located in beautiful Astoria.

As far the roommates, we are very quiet and clean. One the roommates is rarely around, travelling out of state three out of the four weekends of the month. The other roommate is respectful, quiet and sociable.

The rent is 1100 per month and utilities, depending on the season, runs around 60$-90$. It is available June 20th and rent can be prorated.

You are:
- Relatively clean. Not a neat freak, but keep the common areas clean.
- Are professional, courteous, sociable.
- Have a stable job and can pay the first and last month's rent with proof of substantial income
- Can sign a 6 month lease.
- Does not have pets
