ONE SMALL ROOM FOR RENT IN ASTORIA!

One small unfurnished room, with closet will be available for rent in a 4 bedroom apartment from 1st of March in Astoria, in a very safe neighborhood, 7 minutes from the Broadway subway station, 2 minutes from 3 other busses.
The rent will be $800 all utilities are included, except the internet, which is $18/month.
The apartment newly renovated, the living room still in progress to organize. Lol

We are looking for a NON-SMOKER (a real non smoker, not just not smoking in the apartment), FULL TIME WORKER, VERY CLEAN, QUIET (loud music is not allowed) and PEACEFUL (absolutely drama free) roommate. Everybody is welcomed who wants a quiet, warm and friendly atmosphere. Bank, gym, restaurants, post office, laundry, busses are all 2 minutes away.
