Heart of Astoria! Roommate Wanted!

Hi future roomie! I am listing my apartment for my current roommate as I am the one leaving!! This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Astoria. Place was brand new when I moved in 5 years ago, so all appliances are updated, new floors, walls and tile in bathroom. Its on the second floor. Room fits fullsize bed with room for full dresser and other furniture comfortably, could probably fit a queen but I?ve never tried. Comes with 2 hallway closets for each of you. Heat and hot water included, but wifi, electric and gas are up to you. I absolutely love this apartment, its warm and homey. The roomie thats staying is so sweet and from Ireland, in her mid30s, works more than fulltime and doesnt bring party home or use common area too much so the apartment feels like yours most of the time! Goes without saying that there are tonsss of things to do in area. Less than a mile to Astoria Park, laundry next door to building, 7 min walk to subway, 30 minutes to midtown. I have never needed a car to get to anything at all here. Sad to go, but so happy for you! No broker fee, only first months rent and security .. but you are subject to paying a $50 background and credit check for the year long lease
