I'm looking for a roommate to share my wonderful apartment off the Ditmars stop of the NW train (about a 5 minute walk). The apartment has a washer/dryer, a dish washer, stainless steel appliances, Verizon Fios internet, Wall AC units for heat and cooling in each room, and literally everything within walking distance. Your room is giant; can comfortably fit a queen sized bed with a desk and dresser.
The utilities (internet and electric) are usually an additional $80.
The building is shared with 2 other quiet families.
I'm a very easy going roommate, I rarely have anyone over and keep things quite quiet. I work 9-5 every day and usually come home to unwind. I'm hoping for the same or close to similar, I'm talking no surprise parties - of course friends are welcome. My only hard ask is that you have a steady job and can sign the lease for a year with me.
