1 room available in Queens

Hi, me and my roommate are looking for another roommate to fill one room available in our 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is duplex in Queens! And has one bathroom that?s upstairs

The rooms has big windows a closet, and lots of natural light I would say the room is a medium small room. It can fit a full size bed and a desk However if you wish you definitely can utilize the living room for desk/ office space and that can be yours alone we truly don?t mind!

The apartment has roof access as well as a balcony for when you need some fresh air.

We only have a washer in the apartment she?s small but def gets the job done, we air dry our clothes.

We pay about 70-80 dollars in utilities internet, electricity, and gas

The apartment is a short walk away from the E/F briarwood stop and is also walking distance from the Kew gardens station as well.

Forest Park is also extremely close by along with a number of grocery stores, pharmacies and other shops within short walking distance.

We are looking for someone to sign a lease with so please understand that you must provide proof of income and credit guarantors are also welcomed!

Hopefully this isn?t too much of an issue we are homebodies and would probably get along best with another homebody! We do go to the park, ride bikes , skateboard, and take walks with one another ( or alone if you prefer) And have a balcony for days we don?t quite feel like going out out ya know?

we just really make sure to stay safe , we mask all times when outside and disinfect heavily when we come back (door handles ,lights, clothes ect) unfortunately people currently don?t come over however once this is over please feel free to have people over! Pre-covid we were totally chill with it if you really want someone over we can probably work it out with a test!

We?re LGBTQ+ friendly! Both of us are currently single (for people worried about partners and noise nothing much to worry about there)

You will be living with two people, me and my roommate who are both artist. We will often be found drawing, painting, or playing video games or watching anything animated. We are close however we both enjoy our alone time. We still enjoy eating together, playing game together, or just chill out in the living room. We do a lot of crafts lol so if your crafty you will be an awesome fit! We also enjoy plants!

we currently have a 3 year old cat in our care and love him dearly. We also both work remotely and it?s not a requirement but would be great to have a roommate that also worked remotely. But we understand work is work!
