I work in midtown area and my commute is ~30min door to door. LIRR Bayside station is 5min walk and 20min later you?ll be in Penn Station. It?s really convenient especially if you have a car which you can enjoy free street parking all days (no street sweeping alternative parking which is a luxury living the NYC life).
