Apartment to share in Bayside

I'm a professional female in her 30s, looking for a like minded individual to share a spacious apartment in Bayside. I'm looking for someone i get along with -- we don't need to be best friends, but it would be nice to be able to hang out if we're both around! I work in engineering, and i'm pretty active. I love to travel, cook, hike, rock climb among other things, and my latest hobby is scuba diving. I'm respectful, clean up after myself, and am pretty easy to get along with.

Private Space:
13.5'x9' bedroom with closet, window, wall space for an ac. Some furniture available if you are interested in that option.

Shared space:
Most of the shared space is furnished, but I am open to swapping some things out and reconfiguring if you have some you want to bring =)

Full Kitchen (including dishwasher, with gas stove )
Living Room
Dining Room
Extra Bedroom space with futon
Bathroom with Full Tub/Shower
Driveway (2 spots, and there's always street parking)
Washer/Dryer downstairs (quarters required)
Absentee landlord

Rent includes:
Heat, Water, Parking

Other Expenses:
Split Utilities & Internet usually run $120 (~$60 each, varies seasonally), and generally we would take turns buying shared products like TP and dish soaps etc

Required:
1 Month Security Deposit, First Month Rent, & 6 month Lease. The landlord will want to run a credit check.

The location is very convenient, and for the area & what you get the price is pretty unbeatable.

Short walk to manhattan express buses (QM2A), Q16, Q13, and small shopping mall (7-11, bagels, cafe, yoga), convenient access to major highways (Clearview Exressway, Cross Island pkwy). Close to Bay Terrace Shopping Mall. Short drive to Bell Blvd (lots of restaurants and bars), and the LIRR. Lots of windows, light, wood floors, and a view of the bridge. You won't be able to find an apartment like this at this price anywhere else in Bayside.
