The apartment will come fully furnished if leased this week (2/17-2/23), if not - then I’m selling all the furniture and you get an empty space.

The complex is located on the water, has views of Manhattan.

The complex has 24/7 concierge, package room, gym, BBQs, 2 outside lounges, a common room and chefs kitchen.

Washer/Dryer inside the unit.

It’s a spacious 1 bedroom.
I have it set up as 1 bed plus 1 flex room (just have a curtain and a divider, so you can open it up easily if you want it all for yourself). I had another person I was living with so that’s why we had it set up as a 2 bed. You can either do the same or have it as a traditional one bed.
