Cozy apartment for a responsible professional. I found a nice apartment in an amazing location and I’m looking for a roommate to share the space with. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is. Your room can fit a queen-sized bed, desk, bookcase, and has a deep closet. More pics to come. It’s just a couple of blocks from the 30th avenue stop, where there’s a 24hr grocery and lots of restaurants to choose from. Please be responsible with rent, help in keeping the shared spaces clean (nothing crazy but I do request that outdoor shoes not be used indoors) and be respectful and trustworthy, as I offer the same. Occasional guests may be okay, but no strangers or permanent significant others please, it’s a small place for more than 2 people. You will be sharing an apartment with me, a chill creative/graphic designer and my 2 very shy and sweet cats, so while they will be my responsibility, you would have to like animals so that everyone in the apartment can feel comfortable and at home. I like art, sports, cooking, plants, and the occasional trashy tv. I have a small indoor garden with lettuce and microgreens that you are welcome to partake. Pls tell me a bit about yourself when you respond. Month to month commitment with a preference for long-term. We will split utilities (WiFi, electricity).
