It can be delivered with or without furniture or some(TV, Bed, computer table , area rug, 2 dressers, night tables , mini fridge(although you may also use the BIG fridge in the kitchen). In addition, AC can be provided (Optional at additional charge, depending on the monthly billing cycle/the AC itself is free). Currently running FIOS 1GB and you'll have access wirelessly as well as hard wired connection if you wish so. In addition, there is a garage for rent in case you have a car, which will be an additional charge of $200 monthly for that. You will be sharing a three (3) bedroom apartment (1000+ SF) with a busy professional (I am a hairdresser). I am clean/neat, I cook and bake regularly (Greek Cypriot specialties are some of the perks that come with living here) and when I am home, usually I am either glued in front of my computer screens, playing chess or watching sports/Movies. I work fulltime Tuesday through Saturday.
