- It's a 12 minute walk to the N/W trains (Astoria/Ditmars Blvd stop). It's a 15 ride to Manhattan on N/W train. Train leaves every 5 minutes weekday mornings.
- It’s 2 blocks to a Q69 bus stop and a Q100 express bus stop.

We’re easy to get along with.

Note: You’ll have your own private bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, but including yourself there’ll be 4 occupants (2 female and 2 male); I sleep in the living room; my bed is hidden behind furniture (file cabinets, etc.) and the lease is in my name.
