Tidy guestroom in Simple and clean Astoria apt.

((Seeking PART-time roomie, but a full-timer might be considered.......please read on))

Small FURNISHED guestroom in meticulously clean, tidy, neat-as-a-pin apartment near Broadway//45St (zip, 11103). Quiet building and apt. is top floor in the rear of building. Room has A/C and closet and is simply furnished with futon and bureau (small desk also available). Definitely not a "high-end" apartment, but thoroughly clean, as I said (so you should be too...).

Looking for a low-impact someone with minimal stuff (space is limited) for 3-4 days/nights per week, a commuter, flight-crew or what-have-you....your primary dwelling should be elsewhere. (Full-timers possibly considered too...tho' price would be higher in that event.. ;)

Looking for someone with integrity and good character and manners whom I can trust in my long-time home... safe situation and space in a nice 'hood.
