About the apartment

You will be renting a large bedroom in a huge 3bd apartment in the lively Ditmars area of Astoria for $950 / month. Your bedroom can easily fit a king size bed with ample leftover space. The apartment itself is an open concept, with high/vaulted ceilings including a sky light for tons of natural light. Also, a sliding glass door off the living room provides even more natural light, leading to a nice sized balcony to take in some fresh air without having to leave your place. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is tons of cabinet space throughout the apartment.

About the neighborhood:

On 41st street right off of Ditmars Avenue, you are right around the corner from tons of great restaurants / bars / shopping. The apartment is just a short walk away from the N/W trains which get you to midtown Manhattan in less than 15 minutes.

About your roommates:

You will be sharing the apartment with Laura and Jasmine, two young professionals who are both in their early 30s and very nice and respectful. Laura has her own bathroom in her bedroom so you will only have to share a bathroom with one other girl.

Apartment is available on 3/1. You’ll need to provide $1,900 upon move in. ($950 for first month’s rent, and $950 for security deposit).
