1BR with a Private Bath in Astoria

Hi! We have a 1BR with a private bathroom available in Astoria, available Feb 1st-March 31st, with option to sign year-long lease for April 1st. Short-term is also fine.

The Apartment: : This is a 3BR/2BA apartment. Rent includes water and heat. Tenants split internet, electric, and gas. No laundry in apt or building.

The Room: Large bedroom, one big window and two smaller windows. Radiator heat. Fits a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and night stand. Bathroom has sink, toilet, stand-up shower.

Transportation: 10min walk to the N/W; 15 min walk to the ferry; 20min walk to the R/M - all about a 15min ride into Manhattan! TONS of restaurants nearby, as well as easy walking distance to Astoria Park, Socrates Sculpture Park, and more!

The Roomies: We are two women in our mid 30s/early 40s. We are both working professionals. We like to chill, cook, sometimes hang in the living room and watch TV together. We don’t bring the party home; we are quiet and respectful; we like our home to be drama-free and a chill place to live. We share the second bathroom and are both vaccinated.

The Pets: An elderly cat, Queen of the Apartment and our hearts. Likes humans, hates other animals, so unfortunately no other pets allowed.

You: A working professional on a day shift. Pay rent/bills on time. A heavy sleeper or at least ok with morning kitchen noise. Chill. Respectful? Vaccinated is important to us.
