$876 bedroom available on July 1st in a spacious and bright 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment near Astoria-Ditmars.

FEE: You will need to pay $876 first month's rent + $876 security deposit. Rental is from July 1st, 2021 to June 30th, 2022.

We share Con Ed and Time Warner (basic cable and high-speed wireless internet) bills which average $70/month each (more in the summer due to air-conditioning). We also share cost of cleaning supplies.

ABOUT ROOM
Unfurnished bedroom (about 8’6” x 9'7”) in 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. You will share a bathroom with another roommate.

ABOUT APARTMENT: It is a clean and spacious apartment with great sunlight! We have a large living room (10' x 18'), separate dining space and kitchen. We are on the top floor (3rd floor) of a walk-up building.

CLEANING SCHEDULE for shared spaces: we do have a cleaning schedule for shared spaces which we can decide together the regularity and tasks to begin with.

ABOUT NEIGHBORHOOD: We are two blocks away from the Ditmars Blvd subway stop on the N/W line which is a 15 - 20 minute commute into Manhattan. The apartment is a short walking distance to grocery stores, laundromat/dry cleaner (1 block away), gym/yoga studios, CVS, library, restaurants, and Astoria Park. It’s a great neighborhood!

ABOUT US: You would be living with two female professionals. We have been very happy with the apartment and living environment. We keep it pretty quiet during night hours and like to keep the dishes washed and floors swept, etc. We have both been vaccinated since April/May.

ABOUT YOU: We hope to find a female professional roommate in her 30s and older who values the same qualities we do in a shared home. No pets and no smoking or couples. One of us is immunocompromised, so we would prefer someone who is vaccinated as well. The landlord requires tenants make at least 40x the rent or have a guarantor.
