Room in Astoria Ditmars

Hi! We’re currently two roommates (male & female) looking for two more respectful, clean and cool roommates to stay in our big 4B apt, located in the heart of Astoria, great area of Ditmars, in a two floors house.
— The apartment is located on the first floor, very spacious living room, renovated kitchen, bathroom with bathtub is shared with two other roommates. Currently one male (organized and clean guy). This room fits a Queen Size Mattress with some extra space to walk and fit some furniture, but most recommended a Full Size Mattress, so you can fit desk with chair and closet. AC including living room. Hardwood floors for the entire house, very quiet and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by nice houses.

-20mins walking to 30th avenue.
-10mins walking to Steinway.
-15min walking to Astoria Park next to the bridge and water.
