Large 10x11 furnished bedroom in Astoria. Queen size bed, dresser and large closet, window air conditioner and Fios wifi. Share kitchen, living room, bathroom with my housemate. She’s great and works 9-5 so you'd have the apartment to yourself a lot.
It is right near the Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train. Near the M60. 20 minutes to midtown. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Laundromat right downstairs.
*Elevated train outside bedroom window so can be a little noisy but I’m used to it by now. When I have the air conditioner running I barely hear it.
Looking for clean non-smoking female that will respect our apartment and keep their space and shared spaces tidy.
