Dates are totally flexible, but for now move in date is May 27 (can be earlier) and move out date is October 1 (can be later). Person who moves in would pay security deposit (one month's rent) to be returned upon move out if all goes well. No smoking, no drugs and no pets allowed. Apartment is fully furnished. Friendly and helpful neighbors in the building and on the block. Rent is $2,200 inclusive of utilities (ConEd + Spectrum).
