One Bedroom available in a 3 bed/2bath Astoria

Looking for a third roommate to join us in our amazing 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in Astoria! We are located off of Ditmars Blvd, about a 10-minute walk to the N/W Ditmars Blvd Station and close to the Q69 and Q101 bus stops which can take you to the N, W, R, E or M subway or right into the city.

· AVAILABILITY & COST: Apartment is available April 1. The room rent is $900/month plus one-month security deposit. Utilities range from $100-$130 per person/per month depending on the season (this includes gas, electricity, AC, and internet).

· THE APARTMENT: This is a third-floor apartment with vaulted ceilings, skylights and a balcony. The common spaces are furnished with couches, coffee table, end tables, TV, dining table, bar stools, and balcony furniture. TV in the living room has a firestick for all your streaming needs. Apartment also includes a dishwasher and open kitchen/dining/living with an eat-at island, and a true pantry!

· THE BEDROOM: The bedroom has high ceilings, large closet with shelving that has high storage, and the room sits on the opposite side of the apartment from the other two bedrooms. The bedroom comes unfurnished. The room fits a queen size bed, a dresser, and two side tables. Depending on how you choose to layout the furniture, could possibly fit a desk as well! This bedroom shares a large bathroom and linen closet with one other, clean, roommate. You will only be sharing with one other roommate since the other has a bathroom in her bedroom. All roommates share the coat closet.

· THE ROOMMATES: We are both in our late 20s/early 30s. One roommate works full time from her bedroom and the other works part time at a restaurant. Both are very Covid conscious and expect the same from the new roommate.

· WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is nice, laid back, clean, employed, respectful and responsible. Bonus points if you don’t work from home 100% of the time! Female preferred. We like to spend time together, but also understand that alone time is just as important, so would love to find someone who feels the same way. As mentioned above, we are very Covid conscious and expect the same from the new roommate (always wears mask outside, no large gatherings in or outside of the apt, follows all guidelines, etc.).
   
· THE AREA: Very quiet building and block. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping on Ditmars. There are multiple grocery stores and laundromats nearby.
