This is a very spacious and beautiful one bedroom with the best roomates and dog. I would not be leaving but I am unfortunatley moving back to the West Coast.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease beginning March 1st. Earlier dates possible. The lease will end July 31 and you have the option to renew.
This bedroom is located in a prime location in Astoria on 30th ave very close to subway lines, bus stops, bars, and grocery stores. Plus the apt has a laundry unit and dishwasher inside!
The roomate must be a responsible female who is okay with dogs. We are looking for someone who is respectful of space, cleans up after themselves, and is friendly. Again, I am so sad to leave so I would want to find someone who fits in well.
Deposit is $1,125 and must be paid before move-in. You can keep my brand new bed, frame, desk, desk chair, A/C, and shoe rack for $200 (A/C cost me $200 alone). Serious inquiries only!
