Stylish Apartment in Astoria

Our roommate is moving out at the end of February and we are looking for an awesome person to join our apartment March 1st. We are in a quiet residential area in Astoria (on the LIC border) a couple of blocks from the M/R train (5 minute walk) and the N/W train (3 minute walk). Preferably, we would want you to be looking for a long term home.

The apartment is partially furnished. Think West Elm catalogue! The room available will not be furnished, but is large enough for a queen size bed, dresser, and more. There are 2 full Bathrooms in the apartment, therefore you are only sharing with one other person.

About you & us: We are looking for someone in their mid 20's to mid 30's. The two of us, both males, work full-time jobs in recruiting and, interior design. We get along very well and expect you to be mutually respectful of us and the space. We like to keep the communal areas clean. We can usually be found home on weeknights watching TV etc, and on weekends we are often out in the city, brunching, or having friends over for dinner or maybe game night! We are looking for someone who has a full-time job, can pay the bills on time, etc. We would prefer no couples, and sadly, can't have pets. Non- smoker please and, obviously, gay or gay friendly is a plus!

The room is available on March 1st. We require 1st months rent and a security deposit (1 months rent) to move in. The rent does not include utilities. They run a flat $75 per month (cable/internet, heat, electricity). If you are interested in checking out the place send a message.
