Small room in Astoria but large enough to fit a full sized bed or a queen if the frame is small with a closet. Shared living room, eat in kitchen, and bathroom (was redone last year). About a 10 min walk from the NW at Astoria BLVD and RM at 46th street. Very close laundromats and grocery stores. Heat and water are included. Electric and internet have to be paid (we have Verizon Fios)
We're pretty chill people who have been living together for years. My roommate basically sticks to his room. I sleep through everything so noise doesn't bother me. Just looking for a nice person that's drama free.
