Backyard access with garden that is maintained by the landlord

Who are we?
Two young professional women working in publishing. We are both working from home due to COVID-19. We love hanging out together watching Netflix in the living room but also value quiet time alone. We are both clean, respectful, welcoming, and quiet and are looking to find a roommate who also wants an apartment to feel like a home.

What we are looking for:
A young professional woman. Our landlord will be running a credit check. We?d also like to see proof of employment. No pets or smokers please!
