Living Room

Hi guys... Both of my roommates of 4 years are moving out and moving home. One was accepted into a doctorate program in Philly where she is from. The other has had enough of NYC and returning home to TN.

This has been a really great living situation for the past 4 years. We are all respectful, quiet and simply want to come home from work and decompress. This is not a party pad.

Both bedrooms are up for grabs. One bedroom will include a private bathroom that is separate form the bedroom. Both bedrooms fit the normal full/queen bed, desk, dresser, night stand, etc. Bedroom 2 currently has a queen bed, 2 6 drawer dressers, a full clothing rack, night stand, etc. It's a bit crowded with all of that but manageable.

Front yard/Back yard. 2 family building. Apartment was renovated 6 years ago, all new appliances and fixtures including bathrooms.

I have a dog, he's 3 years old, golden retriever mix- everyone loves him. Dog walker comes while I am at work, he's 100% house trained and very chill.

Living room is furnished, but can always add in a few things if need be.

Internet, cable, electric, heat, hot water, etc are about $100-$135 each depending on the month and usage.

I am in my early 30's, work in design management, work a lot in the field. Typically take my work home with me too. I work a lot. When I come home I like to chill out, decompress, watch a movie, etc. I don't cook very often, travel to Westchester often to see family, pretty low key.
