We?re close to a ton of amazing restaurants, three grocery stores, TJMaxx, CVS, an awesome brewery, Astoria Park, and more.
Other apartment amenities include: dishwasher, huge kitchen, a keyboard that you?re welcome to use, and one bathroom. We?re also right around the corner from the laundromat so you don?t have to lug your laundry too far.
Rent is $975/month and utilities (gas, electric, and internet) will be around $70-100 a month total (depending on usage). $875 security deposit due upon move-in.
The roommates are Lindsay and Lauren--both are chill, clean and respectful folks who like to read. You must be OK with the super cute dog that lives here, but unfortunately she?s not up for any other pets. Non-smokers only, please.
