Our Newly refurbished room includes all expenses and is fully furnished with a washing machine & drying facilities within the apartment. Friendly mixed /straight /gay professional household. 3 subway stops to midtown manhattan. 15/20min commute.

It's strictly available for only one person. And is best suited for a male.
Short term or long term would be considered.
Month to Month. Possibility for long term. We are looking for someone who can water the plants once a week.

Closest subway is 36 ave N, W train.15 min ride to Midtown Manhattan.
R , E & F trains are slightly further away but can be accessed via a short bus ride.

Rent INCLUDES ALL EXPENSES: heat , electricity and high speed wifi & Netflix, Amazon Prime movies, washing machine in the apartment. Air conditioner & TV installed in the room. Built in closet, Quality furnishing : Pottery Barn Storage bed, Crate & Barrel Couch & Floor lamps.
Access to CitiBike Membership.

Your room is nice and private. You can close the door and lock it if needed.

You share with 2 other male roommates with varying schedules. Never an issue with the bathroom. Available & clean. One roommate works 6 days a week as a doorman and the other roommate lives in the apartment parts of the year due to his work involving extensive international travel.
It's a temporary short term situation but can be extended to long term.
References and small deposit needed.

This room is suitable for friendly private individuals who are detailed oriented, well organized and know how to clean after themselves. If you are anything other than that this apartment is not a good match for you.

We are friendly , private & professional. Non -smoker, busy creative professionals.
We keep to ourselves but always open to friendly conversations.
We are generally healthy living, honest, respectful of each others space with an overall optimistic outlook.
Generally use eco friendly cleaning products in the house , no harsh chemicals, or smells in the house.

Open to all types of roommates who are tidy and can water the plants when we are away.
