We have a huge room for rent in the heart of Astoria (Steinway/Broadway location). The room could be unfurnished or furnished (look at the photos/captions for more details). It will be available on June 1st to move in.. We want to find a perfect fit to our cozy place so move in is flexible up to June 15th!!!
It's a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. It has a big, cozy, bright living room, spacious kitchen AND private porch outside that all three of us can enjoy!!
Your room will be $1050 a month with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (Electricity, water, heating, gas and air conditioner). .WiFi is only $25 extra per month *** The deposit is $1,000. The room has a big window, a built-in/mirrored closet AND A PRIVATE AC/HEAT UNIT you can control!!! You can easily fit a full/queen size bed, a dresser , bookcases, mirrors., a desk and a chair...
The apartment would be shared with 2 down to earth, fun, clean, very respectful, professional ladies. One works in finance for a Media company Downtown and the other one is a student, majoring in Fashion Design, a very quiet, professional, kind, lovely girl.
We are looking for a female who is responsible, clean, considerate and also desires a quiet living environment. Both of them enjoy to unwind and relax when they are not working so if you are looking for a zen space, You have found it
Just FYI, we are still taking precaution , we don't travel for work and have been on board with social distancing. Due to these unfortunate times, we prefer someone who is working from home, just until everything gets back to normal!!!

The location is unbeatable as you can access everything you need walking distance! It's also very convenient for commuting, only 20 minutes to Manhattan. (5 mins walk from our apt to a Steinway stop/R and M trains). The N/W trains are just 10 min away from the apt.
There are various markets, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, laundromats, banks, gyms...etc just steps away!
