We are clean and considerate roommates and expect the same from the new addition to the household. Highly desire clean and tidy shared space and assistance with maintaining. We are friendly, and open to making new friends, yet understand alone time can be highly valued as well.
It's a very sunny and specious 3 BR 1 Bath on the 1st floor apartment . Full kitchen and living room is furnished but space is available if needing to adjust/accommodate. Water and heat are included in rent. We split gas, electric, internet cleaning and household shopping each month. Window AC unit in living room already set up.
We are believers of social distancing and COVID precautions and expect our new roommate to also continue in our efforts to keep each other and the household safe.
Street parking is typically available on the street or within a block or 2. Place is 7 min from the N, W train 30 ave
and also 10 from the R. M train Steinway.
