Room For Rent In Astoria - 30th Avenue

We are looking for a fourth to join our little home (we are three young men in our early 30s; some Queer-identified.) We have great communal spaces including a living/dining room space with a projector setup, a hallway room area we use for storage and a kitchen that can fit all of us cooking at the same time if need be! The apartment, though a 4 bedroom, never feels cramped as there is more than enough space for us. We have had close to 30 people in the space in the past at dinner with space to spare!

The room in particular that we are listing is one of 4 bedrooms in our home. In fact, since many of us have been in this apartment for years, we have lived in that same room when we first moved in! It is a cozy space with a big and tall closet and room dimensions around 10'x 20' (around 190 sq. ft. when you take out the closet space!) It is right along 30th Ave and has a north-facing window letting some light in (without it ever getting too bright/much direct sunlight). To give you a sense of where the room is in the apartment, it is next to our living room space and is across the apartment from the main entrance and bathroom. (To be fully transparent, the deposit as listed here, and as required by our landlord, includes last month's rent & the security deposit and is required when you move in along with your first month's rent. The last month and security deposit will be returned to you when you decide to move out!)
