We are seeking a roommate for our 3 BR apartment in Astoria. One room is occupied by a married couple, one by YOU, and the other is an office/extra living room space. The apartment features a balcony, dishwasher, eat-in kitchen with large table, and FIVE closets. 1200 square feet total and nice hardwood floors (unlike the photos from 4 years ago before we ripped up the carpet). The living area is furnished but has room for a couch and coffee table if you would like to contribute.

**ROOM DETAILS**The medium-sized bedroom can fit a bed, dresser, and desk comfortably, and has a closet. The room is non-furnished with the option to use a very nice mattress (no bed frame) from the last roommate if needed. You will have your own private bathroom!

**LOCATION**One block from the R/M line 46th Street Stop with the laundromat, grocery store, coffee shop, Walgreens, and health food store within a 5-minute walk. Steinway and 30th Avenue are also within walking distance.

**COST**$1180 rent + 1/3 of Utilities

**IF COUPLE**$1300 + 1/2 of Utilities
