I am looking for someone to take over a super spacious master bedroom (with its own bathroom!) in a 3 bedroom apartment. The dimensions of the room are 11 x 14 feet, so quite a steal for the price. Plenty of closet space. Rent is $1,165 per month. It will be available November 1st, but a later move-in time is also possible. The N/W trains (30th Ave station) and M/R (46th Street station) are both a 12 minute walk away. Laundry and supermarkets are very close by as well.
Utilities + internet average about $70-90/month per person.
Your roommates: Two females in their late 20's/early 30's, one professional and the other a full-time student. Both super friendly, clean, and considerate of others.?:)
