Apartment Building: New complex (Steinway Estates). 4 floors w/ elevators. Very secure building. Wonderful super. Laundry room. Parking garage (separate fee). Tree-lined street with ample free parking. Q101 bus stop on corner. Close to R, N, W trains. Supermarket, restaurants nearby. Clean and well maintained. Neighbors are diverse, friendly, lots of families. Access is with key fob for front door, basement, and 4th floor only.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
I am the leaseholder and will be showing the space. I'm an older professional woman (60's) working as a psychotherapist in the child welfare system. My very sweet elderly mother (80's) lives with me. She is fully cared for and out of the home 5 days/wk - elder care is NOT part of this arrangement. We are home most evenings and weekends; retire by 10 p. m. and usually watch TV when we are home. We are very nice people, but not looking to socialize. We have 2 cats.

I'm looking for a female roommate who is quiet, responsible, clean, independent. Great for a grad student or professional who travels (we are near 2 airports). Not great for someone seeking a home-based social life.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Month to month rent is payable to the tenant. Documentation of income and 3 references required, including previous landlord. First/last rent at time of signing. Available January 30, 2020. Showings by appointment on Sundays, but other evenings can be arranged.
