ABOUT ME
I am a looking for a female roommate. I have my own art consulting business and used to go to a co-working space in Manhattan for work but now I work from home.
My personality is very easygoing, warm, and respectful. Most of the time, I keep to myself and prefer to live with someone who is looking for the same. However it would be nice to live with someone who would like, from time to time, to have a coffee, eat dinner or watch a movie together if both of us feel like it.
I rarely have guests and prefer a roommate who doesn't have too many (different) visitors either ;-) I always let my roommate know if anyone will be coming by and ask the same in return. During Covid I think it?s probably best to keep guests to a minimum anyhow.
Good hygiene and general cleanliness have always been really important to me, but they are especially so during this pandemic.
My interests include art, music, film, fashion, culture in general.
Pre-Covid I was out most afternoons and evenings but for now am spending far more time at home. As things ease I expect that I will be out of the house more often again.
All that said, I get along best with people who are positive and easygoing. I have had a number of roommates over the years and am good friends still with many of them. I would be happy to give you past roommate references if things moved forward to that point.
If you are interested in seeing the apartment, please tell me a little about yourself and we can set up a time to chat on the phone.
