Ideally seeking a mature working professional who keeps regular M-F work hours and is open and welcoming to living with a performing artist who keeps a more eccentric and varied work schedule. Typically I'm home around more of the standard 9-5/Mon-Fri work schedule. Open to a different scenario for the right person. I occasionally sublet my half of the apartment for a month once a year for touring or travel plans. I also occasionally offer the guest room to visiting family/friend once or twice a year for short visits, and always in agreement with my roommate. Guest room is also available to roommate for guests to visit as well. The home is ideal for hosting guests occasionally throughout the year.

I think this home is ideal for someone who'd like to be in a 1 bedroom but can't quite afford that in my neighborhood. I would say that living with me would feel very much like a 1 bedroom since my work/performance hours tend to keep me out of the apartment for most of the typical time one would be home from work. I'm a courteous, respectful, tidy, homosexual male and a good communicator.
